3Account Management
Your tu99 Account security is entirely your responsibility. Keep the following in mind to keep your account safe:
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- Never share your login credentials with anyone.
- If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA).
Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited. tu99 This can be detected through technical means, and we reserve the right to close all associated accounts.
If there has been no activity on your account for more than six months, it will be marked as inactive. An administrative fee may be charged on inactive accounts, and tu99 will notify you in advance.
4Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

For deposits:
- The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
- Once verification is complete, deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

For withdrawals:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1–24 business hours.
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
tu99 All transactions are monitored to prevent fraud. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals if any suspicious transaction is detected.
5Bonus & Promotion Policy
tu99-Bonus and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. By accepting a bonus, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms applicable to that bonus.
- Each bonus has its own Wagering Requirements (wagering requirement) is stated separately. The bonus amount must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made.
- Bonuses apply to one account only. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses from the same household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited.
- The welcome bonus is available to new members upon their first registration only.
- Bonuses have a limited validity period. Any bonus not used within the specified timeframe will be forfeited.
- Some games may not be eligible for play with bonus funds. Each promotion will clearly state which games apply.
